NursEduPal@Euro An international consortium collaborates on innovation in palliative care education of bachelor-degree nurses. EscapePZ We collaborate with palliative care specialist nurses to develop escape games that will later be made freely available in the sector. These games offer an innovative way to interact, test problem-solving abilities, and face challenges. NursEduPal@IMPACT Although nurses constitute the largest group of healthcare professionals involved in providing palliative care (PC), there is still insufficient emphasis on it in basic nursing education. Nurses are the primary caregivers i Brugge beweegt The project Bruges Moves is a structural collaboration between Howest and the City of Bruges to engage students in encouraging all residents of Bruges to participate in physical activity. PoST-IT In PoST-IT, three areas of expertise within Howest are innovatively connected: (1) politicizing social work, (2) evaluation and impact of social interventions, and (3) data sciences. Urban meiden Research indicates that socially active sports practices are empowering and contribute to a positive perception of young people in disadvantaged neighborhoods.
