The aim of the project is to firmly embed Job Satisfaction in secondary education. Keeping teachers happy on board is the guiding principle. Because without Job Satisfaction, no one sails smoothly. Focusing on Job Satisfaction leads to less turnover, more influx, and better education.

Our mission is to raise awareness about the importance and meaning of Job Satisfaction as a shared responsibility. We aim to inform and guide (new) teachers and schools towards more Job Satisfaction. We achieve this through concrete tools and services, taking into account the school context and economic reality. We approach this with a positive mindset, focusing on positive change, based on the principles of Appreciative Inquiry (AI).

In this project, we don't set sail alone; we collaborate with various partners: VDAB, Tryangle, The Human Link, Warme Scholen, Impact Scholengroep, ... Together, we navigate with a common compass, aiming for a prosperous educational climate!
