ELNA Experiential Learning in and with Nature: Towards Sustainable Implementation in Diverse Contexts REMOTE COACHING In this project, we are exploring the possibility of developing a virtual movement platform where movements are felt 'real' in real-time. There is a high dropout rate when individuals are asked to follow an exercise program alone or remotely after an initial start with a coach. Sleepcoach 2 Studies show that good sleep enhances the vitality of both employees and organizations. In this project, a widely applicable training program is being developed for workplace wellbeing professionals. PoST-IT In PoST-IT, three areas of expertise within Howest are innovatively connected: (1) politicizing social work, (2) evaluation and impact of social interventions, and (3) data sciences. Urban meiden Research indicates that socially active sports practices are empowering and contribute to a positive perception of young people in disadvantaged neighborhoods. Kapitein Werkgeluk The aim of the project is to firmly embed Job Satisfaction in secondary education. Keeping teachers happy on board is the guiding principle. Because without Job Satisfaction, no one sails smoothly. MJP Blended HV COVID-19 has demonstrated that utilizing digital communication tools, whether alone or in combination with face-to-face interactions, can greatly enhance the experiences of citizens, clients, and patients in their interactions with service providers, helpers, and healthcare profs Tope Sterk 4 The Tope Sterk projects aim to increase opportunities for young people in vulnerable situations through student tutoring.Students from higher education act as guides to support pupils in primary or secondary education in their learning process. Impact Lab The objective of this project is to establish an Impact Lab. Society is facing significant challenges that require changes and immediate actions. QUINDO4 Quindo is a hub where young people in Kortrijk are provided with the tools to learn and refine cross-media skills. It's a place where, under guidance, they can produce and present content on an online platform, with streaming radio at its core.
