You can choose to minor in Design for Identity in the fourth semester of the Bachelor of Industrial Product Design. The focus is on the consumer or end-user context.

You can choose to minor in Design for Impact in the fourth semester of the Bachelor of Industrial Product Design. The focus is on the context of people and society.

You can choose to minor in Design for Industry in the fourth semester of the Bachelor of Industrial Product Design. The focus is on industry, especially engineering and production contexts.

In this elective programme of the Bachelor of Industrial Product Design, you will literally learn to help shape the world. You learn to develop interior design concepts and the matching furnishings and accessories.

Advanced CAAD workshops on building information modelling are accompanied by practice sessions, improving your visualisation skills.

The English-taught semester in the teacher training department is meant for students in education departments with a bachelor’s or master’s degree. At Howest, we train teachers to teach in nursery schools, primary schools and the lower years of secondary schools (from 2,5 to 16-year olds).
