Many Flemish SMEs still have substantial steps to take in the digitalization process. At the same time, we observe that numerous organizations offer support in this digitalization process at various stages of the transformation path. However, these organizations often operate in silos, are fragmented, and there is insufficient transparency in the digitalization landscape.

The Accessible Digital Experimentation Space (LDE) DIGIHUB aims to accelerate digitalization in SMEs through guidance and an accessible approach (customer journey) and by forming a broad consortium of complementary knowledge partners. SMEs from all sectors willing to invest in digital transformation will have easy access to guidance for their projects involving new (data-driven) digital technologies and for integrating and applying them in their specific business context. Voka acts as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and has assembled a diverse consortium of partners responsible for providing concrete guidance to the companies.
