Within this ESF project, we are exploring how dual learning in higher education can be a success story. The degree program in Transport and Logistics and the bachelor's program in Supply Chain Management serve as pilot projects for this initiative. We aim for dual learning to be a win-win situation for our institution and our stakeholders, primarily our students, but also for our industry partners. Simultaneously, the goal is to inspire policymakers. This ESF project can provide additional support to achieve effective results in the short term. Through a structured, systematic approach and continuous monitoring focused on quality and in dialogue with all stakeholders, our ultimate aim is to develop an institutional-level guide that educational programs can refer to when developing high-quality dual learning paths. The findings, recommendations, and lessons learned from this project and our guide can add value to the broader policy on dual learning in higher education across Flanders.
