In order to successfully adapt to the changing, increasingly fragmented media consumption habits of young people and the growing international competition, media players need to undergo a digital transformation to create innovative multimedia content across all possible platforms, brands, and touchpoints. This necessitates a fundamental shift. The overall goal is to bring the game and media sectors closer together, allowing knowledge, digital tools, workflows, democratic, and state-of-the-art technologies from the media, VR, and game industry (AI, MOCAP, 3D design, Unreal 5, etc.) to be shared among stakeholders to develop a high-performing innovative digital production process.

The project is part of the 'Digital Transformation Program Media' initiative by the Flemish Department of Culture, Youth, and Media and is led by VRT. Other partners in this project include Howest, Sputnik, Uncanny, and The Pack.
