Audiovisual equipment lending service

The Media Hub has two audiovisual lending services in Kortrijk and Bruges where you can borrow a wide range of audiovisual equipment (AVM). Both are run by our media librarian.

Whether you're planning a photo shoot, want to record a video, or need to capture high-quality audio clips, you'll find everything you need. The lending service offers you all the tools you need to bring your creative projects to life.

How does it work?

Howest students and staff can borrow audiovisual equipment free of charge from the lending desk at the Media Hubs or by email. For some professional equipment, such as advanced video cameras, an exam is required. For more information, please contact the media librarian.

Read the lending service's regulations to be aware of the rules and conditions. They also contain all the practical information regarding lending.

It is best to reserve your equipment in advance through the media librarian to avoid the situation where your desired device is no longer available.
