You learn to analyse the processes in an organisation and become familiar with the classic issues which a modern company struggles with. You learn how modern digital technologies can contribute to a better operational management that is also better adapted to here and now. You also learn to estimate the psychological consequences of change processes on teams and guide these in this process.
